As a Business Analyst at Spinnaker Consulting Group, you will apply your strategic, analytical and technical skills to help clients solve complex business problems and achieve their objectives.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities ranging from product design and marketing to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Business Risk Consultant, you will leverage your operations management experience to help clients solve problems, remove process impediments, and implement compliant, sustainable solutions.

Your Role:

  • Lead execution of operational processes and policies

Client Relationship Manager (San Antonio, TX ONLY)

As a Client Relationship Manager at Spinnaker Consulting Group you play a critical role in ensuring our clients derive maximum benefit from our products and services. This high visibility customer-oriented position acts as an interface between our clients and us, making sure our consultants are appropriately supported in order to exceed client expectations and strengthen relationships.

Your Role:

  • You will partner with key client contacts to ensure Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposal and Services (RFP & RFS) swiftly move from draft to execution, addressing any changes that need to be made and ensuring accuracy.
  • You will conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services, escalating any feedback that can be used to enhance productivity and improve performance.
  • You will be responsible for quality management and reporting on the overall health of all client engagements, liaising with project teams to ensure adherence to engagement delivery standards, tracking trends, removing obstacles and driving portfolio improvements.
  • You will serve as a single point of contact for procurement across all projects, creating transparency around procurement changes, assisting practice leads with large contract execution and driving timely invoice payments by client.

Compliance Advisory Consultant

As a Compliance Advisory Consultant, you will leverage your deep compliance experience to help clients understand regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with those regulations in their day-to-day marketing and operations.

Your Role:

  • Provide guidance in all aspects of compliance, taking a consultative approach to the compliance management process
  • Partner with first line of defense and legal counsel to provide compliance advice and support in large scale enterprise projects
  • Analyze new and pending changes in laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance
  • Review compliance monitoring plans, identifying monitoring and process gaps
  • Perform product assessments through the lenses of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency; focusing on customer protection

Your Role:

    • Own end-to-end, enterprise-wide Project Management discipline by establishing processes and procedures to guide the conduct of project management activities across the organization
    • Oversee all phases of the project including initiating, requirements gathering, development and build of functional and technical designs, testing, training, communication, and implementation
    • Assemble the project team; assign and manage individual responsibilities and identify appropriate resources needed
    • Develop and manage work plans, performing project risk assessments, managing stakeholder expectations, managing scope, managing budget, and managing all other day-to-day aspects and phases of the projects
    • Develop, document and execute detailed communication plans specific to the project type, focused on the needs of the stakeholders

As a Project Manager at Spinnaker Consulting Group, you will leverage your extensive leadership and influencing skills to drive strategy and execute on high priority initiatives for our clients.

Your Role:

  • You will act as a project lead to facilitate the delivery of large, complex projects across multiple client divisions and disciplines, serving as product owner or scrum master when necessary.
  • You will deliver reliable, timely and continuous results using a range of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) 
  • You will partner cross-functionally and lead project teams to define and document scope for different phases of the project and implement a standardization process for successive projects.

  • You will be responsible for facilitating all agile team engagements when acting as SCRUM Master including daily huddles, demonstrations, and retrospectives.  You will remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress, protect the team from outside distractions, and lead the team in achieving consensus on important decisions.

Your Experience:
