Dora's experience in regulatory compliance and risk management spans across several areas of the financial industry including commercial banking, capital markets and credit card operations.
She is a certified risk professional with proven expertise in risk assessments, executing risk management strategies and providing regulatory and operational risk mitigation using process controls and control testing. She has experience in issue management and the development of risk mitigation policies geared towards the adherence to federal and state laws including UDAP/UDAAP, Regs A-Z, NAIC, Privacy, NACHA, ADA and GLBA, and Swap Dealer.
Dora is a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) and holds a certification in Internal Control Certificate Program (COSO). She also holds the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification. She formerly held a property and casualty and life and health license for the state of VA
In her spare time, Dora enjoys traveling, water sports and reading. In her free time, she volunteers with Jill's Blankets, an organization dedicated to making blankets for chemotherapy recipients.
