Megan Murray serves as the Operations Project Manager for Spinnaker Consulting Group. She is responsible for coordinating projects that support the future growth of Spinnaker. Her responsibilities include management of policy and procedures governance, client surveys processes, and the employee recognition program. She also provides support for branding and marketing efforts, and serves as co-administrator for the firm’s equipment, systems and programs.
Coming from a small team, Megan understands what it takes for a business to grow and how to thrive in an ever-changing environment. She is an analytical thinker, team player and brings with her a compassionate heart which allows her to be objective yet understanding
Megan previously served as a Program Director for a startup non-profit organization, bringing years of experience growing, building, and managing a program to prepare low-income entrepreneurs for their journey to business ownership.
Megan graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major in Leadership Studies and Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Megan is originally from Ohio but prides herself in being an honorary Richmonder due to her passion and knowledge for the city. From the foodie and brewery scene to local business and community happenings, she loves to spend her time taking advantage of everything this river city has to offer!
